The purpose of this course is to make research master students able to carry out and interpret results of very common and often used statistical techniques like regression analysis, multilevel analysis, (M)ANOVA, and logistic regression. After providing a short review of concepts of basic statistics and research methodology, these four techniques are explained, practised, and discussed successively.
