Excellence in forensic psychology is worth celebrating, and this year, it shines brightly through the inspiring work of ReMa IDA alumna Eva Schuurmans. The Forensic Psychology Section of the Dutch Psychological Association (SPS-NIP) has once again recognized remarkable academic achievement by awarding the Forensic Psychology Thesis Prize 2025, and Eva’s research stood out among outstanding contenders.
Her award-winning thesis, “Unraveling Identity: Exploring the Association Between Identity Conceptualizations and Personality Pathology in Female Inmates” was co-supervised by IDA supervisors Lisanne de Moor and Elien De Caluwé.
A heartfelt congratulations to Eva on this well-deserved achievement!
