When did you do the IDA master?

2019-2021

How was the IDA Master helpful for what you are doing right now?

IDA has taught me how to think out-of-the-box and how to plan a business strategy in detail.

What was your favorite course? And why?

Programming, because it challenged me in a new way. Geeky side of me had lots of fun. 🙂

What was your favorite moment of the time as an IDA Student?

Thought-provoking discussions with professors, who always listened to our ideas with interest and respect.

What was your motivation to finish your studies ?

To close a very successful chapter of my life.

Did you experience stress or pressure in your studies, and if yes how did you deal with it?

I indeed did and I did not deal with it well. However, I look back at it as a big learning experience. Now I know that being more self-disciplined and asking anyone for help and support (peers, professors) would have helped me relieve a lot of stress.

What can you advise current or future IDA students?

Don’t procrastinate, enjoy working with amaazing people (peers and professors) and be actively involved at all times.

What did you do in your international traineeship and how did you like it?

I participated in a Human Resources Summer school in Prague and I loved it a lot due to meeting many people of different nationalities and learning how to use my knowledge in practice.

Are you still in touch with other Alumni Students?

Indeed I am, we still talk from time to time.

How did you experience the relationship with your teachers?

One of the best memories from the entire master experience. All were very approachable and respectful with each one of us.

Did you know from the beginning what you want to do after your master? How did you find out what you would like to do?

No, I did not. Towards the end of my first year, I realized I want to work in practice and not as a researcher so I did not decide to follow a PhD. I listened to my feelings and I am glad I did.
