I supervise traineeships and teach in the Extended Assessment Methods.

Interaction with students.
What is the reason you became a researcher?
I am curious about human being, and therefore I conduct research in the field of (organizational) psychology.
What is the most fascinating about human beings to you?
Their willingness and ability to change.
Are there times where you doubt researching or university?
Not really.
What makes IDA students unique?
They’re very talented and motivated.
If you are not teaching or doing research, what else do you like doing in your personal time?
More inclusive, less merit based.
What advice would you give future IDA students?
Find your strength and make good use of it!
How are you experiencing the teacher-student relationship in the IDA program?
Very rewarding and I can always learn from my students.

Spending time with my baby and cooking for my family.
