The students also have to ability to choose an elective course from another programme at Tilburg University or even other universities in the Netherlands, providing they fall under the category of Research Master courses. Just some of the courses our students took outside of the IDA programme are: Experimental Research and Meta-Analysis, Foundations of Organizational Studies, Emotion and Motivation, Behavioural Decision-Making, Organisation and Groups, Bayesian Statistics.
